1.5 Ton Split AC

I bought 1.5Ton AC in April. This is the second time my compressor gone. Service response is very poor this time. As I have logged a complaint on Tuesday 2.03.2010 my A.C is still not repaired.

I informed him to changed the outdoor unit. But they are refusing the same.
