WASHING M/C NOT ROTATING

Dear Sir,

I lodged complaint on 06 Apr 10 vide Complaint no.10046356380038. After one week, when I contacted CC, I was told that address was not traceable, hence they closed the complaint. I don't understand the use of giving phone numbers and moreover three months back only from same service centre, people came and replaced the cabinet. Again last week they registered a new complaint vide, No.10046356380167. I have never come across such a worst service and replies.
