I have lodged a complaint with the service centre of ONIDA in Mysore on 15th of February over phone (0821-2463437) regarding the lack of red colour in the display. The service centre is yet to send its serviceman (mechanic) in spite of many reminders. Today (18th Feb), I have even made an attempt to call the manager of the service centre (9620220187) who said that the mechanic would be at my house today. But, the service centre has not sent any mechanic till now. Perhaps, Oida is no more "Owner's pride and neighbours's envy". It is the other way round - "Neighbour's pride and Owner's enemy". It is because sellers of other brands of TV immediately attend to any problem faced by the consumers, but not those who have bought ONIDA products. It is my earnest hope that the people at ONIDA are serious about their customers.
