I HAVE PURCHASED A 14" OXYGEN ONIDA COLOUR TV ABOUT 5 MONTHS BACK AND BUT ON APRIL 14TH THE SAME TV GOT DAMAGED AND FOLLOWED BY THE NEXT DAY HAVE REGISTRED THE COMPLIANT. APRIL 19TH A SERVECE PERSON CAME AND CHECKED THE TV AND HE WENT BACK. EVEN AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UP MAY 25TH ANOTHER TECHNETIAN CAME TO THE HOUSE AND EXAMINED, AND HE TAKE AWAY ONE OF THE TV COMPONENT. BUT AFTER THE LOAN 50 DAYS I HAVE NOT GET ANY SOLUTION AND ANY POSITIVE REPLAY FROM THE SERVICE CENTER. IF I NEVER GET ANY SOLUTION WITH IN TWO DAYS I WILL DEFINATELY FILE A COMPLIANT AGAINST THE MD ONIDA TO THE CONSUMER FORUM, BECAUSE THE TV IS UNDER THE WARRENTY PERIOD.
