Washing mahine not working properly

Sir,

I bought an onida sparkle washing machine on february. Now I face problems with its proper functioning.sometimes machine works properly and sometimes automatically stops without completing wash. I tried different washing functionality but the result was same.after washing starts machines fills the tub with water and at the same time it drops water through drainage. However its too hurtful to me and other customers who believes on onida.
