I purchased a Onida split AC for my office on 21.7.2011.
Within 30 minutes of the installation, the AC fan started producing heavy noise. But I had to go out of station and hence I came back on 26.7.2011 and checked that the noise was still on. Therefore, I lodged a complaint with Onida customer care on 26.7.2011 and complaint No. 11078776380401 was assigned.
It was stated by the cusomer care personnel that the complaint will be attended betweeen 24 hours to 48 hours. But, no one had atteneded the complaint and when I checked with tha Onida customer care it was told that the complaint was closed as "Door Locked".
It was shocking to know such a lethargic reply since no one had called me while attending the complaint and there was always some junior or clerk available in the office.
Still, I was told to lodge another complaint and I have lodged complaint No. 11078776380461 on 30.7.2011. But till now no one has attended the complaint. This is poor customer service from Onida.
