I have purchased an onida tv model (ky thunder 800) six years back. In november the TV got some problem. I registered my complaint to the onida service centre in patna and they have given me the complaint number i.e.698
people from the company came and saw the TV and he said one of your TV parts needs to be replaced but the parts is not available in the patna branch and we have to bring it from the mumbai. I am waitng for last two months and finally the company people told me that ciompany has stopped manufacturing this model so we cannot do any thing more. I asked the company person that at the time of purchasing the TV you people have not told me that after six years company will not take the resopnsibility of servicing.
