Onida / Diamond 32 LCD TV
Demo piece sold

Hi

I have purchase 32" Diamond Onida LCD TV. After delivery I found from the cartoon manufacturing period as Sep 2009. When contacted the local dealer at Pammal (Namaskar Enterprises in Pammal Main road)

and asked for new TV, dealer told me that guarentee statrs from the date of purchase and not from date of manufacture.. This is some what fair enough. But when I opened th cartoon I found that this set has been kept for demo purpose and the dealer cheated me by selling this.i don't know how many hours has been spend on this TV for demo purpose. Dealer refuses to change the TV.

Now what I should do?
