On 30th June, my TV did not switch ON and I raised a complaint with ONIDA Cust Service. After multiple followups the technician came to check the same on Monday 02nd July and said a part has got damaged and said he will place the order and the same can be rectified in 3-4 days as he is going to place an order for a new one and will be received in 3-47 days max.. Now it is more than 10 days however when checked with Onida Service Center in Vizag they are still saying it'll take 4-5 days more and no assurance is been given.
This is one of the pathetic customer service that one could have received... Shame on ONIDA.
