I HAD PURCHESED A ONIDA MICROWAVE OVEN ON 24/03 FROM SALES EMPORIUM, 443 JESSORE ROAD, KOLKATA-700074 AND UNFORTUNATELY WE NOTICED SOME DEFECT IN THE OVEN. IMMEDIATELY WE LODGED A COMPLAIN TO ONIDA SERVICE CENTRE, ON 11/01 AND
COMPLAIN NO.1452. AFTER TWO DAYS ONIDA TECHNICIAN CAME AND INSPECTED THE OVEN AND TOLD US THAT SOME PARTS TO BE RENEWED AND THE JOB WILL BE DONE SOON.BUT IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT SO FAR (MORE THAN TWO MONTHS OVER) NOTHING BEEN DONE IN SPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST.
THEREFORE, I WOULD REQUEST TO YOU LPLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO PROCTECT THE CONSUMER LIKE ME.
