This is Seranjeevi form Dharmapuri. I reside at Dharmapuri. I bought a Onida Poison 3500 TV a couple of years ago. I have some problem with the Audio and the sound is more worst than the previous Poison model. I contacted an authorized service man by the phone number provided in the catalog and he stated that the Audio board is defective. He said that he will get a new from the company and taken away the older audio board. Later a couple of month I tried to contact him but the number was switched off. I tried to call him several times and I am fed up with the switched off response. I have waited for almost an year and no one came with the board. So I decided to file a complaint in this.
