Dear Sir,

I had Purchases one Split A/C for Onida company on 6.4.2011 at Adyar Branch (VASANTH &CO). Nobody comes to installation. Many time I spoke to Adyar branch Mr. Stephen and boy till date no action for installation. Again I have Asked Mr. Stephen and boy (He is not mention the name) They are asked improper words and also loss takes. They asking me you sent the product and get back your money. This for your service? So you give the proper explanation other wise we can't Installation the product and also compliant register for Onida company.
