A/C not working

I am extremely disappointed with the response from your team at cochin Ravipuram Onida service center. Just to give a brief about our case, I bought ONIDA split A/C from the authorized show room *Next retail shop* at kochi Ravipuram. A/C is not working properly always tripping and Immediately we have registered the complaint through phone & personnely to your customer service. Details as below.
