We purchased 29 inch colour tv from giriyas a dealer at blr on 14/3.last month all of a sudden the tv was not working and we booked a complaint with onida customer care.they sent a technician n v really do not know his intensions he pulled out certain things n said some 3 components to be replaced, we said fine but after sometime he said the tv can be repaired only at service center so we delivered it ourself to the service center which is put up at wilson garden.the service manager prasanna kumar called us n told that the picture tube n other 4 components to be replaced n it is already 25 days that the set is not delivered to us nor any response from the service center.
Mr.prasanna rao - 9986384163 .v r irritated.i think the amt v shell out for repair, i will get a new set itself.
