Epair of tv (change of c.v.)

Dear Sir,

I lodged my complaint eight days back. Complaint No. 11023326380872 at Onida service centre Dhole Patil Road, Pune. One rep collected my tv's kit for replacing c.v.. Eight days have passed and c.v. is not replaced. I rang up service centre daily they say tomarrow they will send but nobody comes and they say same reply. Now i am going to take legal action against service centre.
