Onida Washing Machine
Machine is not working and no one coming for solution by company

Dear Sir

We have ONIDA HYDROFALL 62S WO62SHF1GY Washing Machine. this machine is not working properly for almost 1 month . we have done lots of call in Onida company . before 15 to 18 days one engineer is coming at my home and check machine and tolled me that your motor is not working so company will change this motor in 2 days but till date no one is come at my home for change motor and till date my Washing machine is not working.

Sir my mother is not physically good thats y we have purchase this machine but this machine is not working form 1 month so my mother fashing lots of problem because of that so pls do something for it as soon as possible.
