My mobile ph no. is 9845508751 Airtel, Bangalore, Prepaid category and my complaint is as follows: Despite my frequent objections (upon Airtel's'unwanted'MMSs to my mobile ph cited 'bove, every time) not to send unwanted (by me) MMSs with pic etc., they (Airtel) keep sending these MMSs therby promptly deducting money out of my Recharge Amount deposited on them! Just 0n 01/05 (upon these MMSs frequently coming to my mobile) I tried calling and lodging above complaint but to my dismay found the Customer care Executives unapproachble via their C.C.Contact lines thanks to their present system phone-button arrangement, that is, we are, other than leading to speak to Custm care Executives, led to all other things like 'new products, fresh recharges'etc etc on pressing 'guided' buttons!! It is therefore so frustrating experience and our hard earned money, I do feel, is simply being plundered!
