WE BROUGHT A ONIDA WASHING MACHINE F/A/FRONT LOADING 5KG TUMBLER.WITHIN ONE YEAR THERE WAS A FAULT IN THE CONTROL PANEL.WE INFORM THE ADISHWARA PEOPLE AND ITS APPEAR TO BE SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED OUR RESIDENCE AND REPLACE THE FAULTY PART.THEREAFTER ONCE AGAIN DURING THE 2ND WEEK OF MARCH WE NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A LEAKAGE IN THE WATER DRUM.HENCE WE ONCE AGAIN CONTACTED THE ADISHWARA AND BROUGHT NOTICE OF THE FAULT.AGAIN SO CALLED THE SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED OUR RESIDENCE AND CHECKED THE UNIT AND TOLD US THAT THE WATER DRUM OF THE MACHINE HAS BEEN RUSTED, THERE IS A CRACK IN THE WATER DRUM, AND THE ENTIRE WATER DRUM HAS TO BE REPLACED.FOR WHICH I HAD TO PAY THE MATERIAL COST AND SERVICE CHARGES. I HAD NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE BUT TO PAY THE AMOUNT, THEN THE SERVICE ENGINEER REPLACED FAULTY PART AND REPAIRED THE MACHINE.NOW AGAIN, THERE WAS A FAULT IN THE CONTROL PANEL AND WHEN I INFORMED ADISHWARA ABOUT THIS AGAIN THE SAID SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED AND TOLD THE FAULTY PART HAS TO BE REPLACED FOR WHICH I HAVE TO PAY RS.3, 000/- AND SERVICE CHARGES.FOR WHICH I DECLINED TO PAY THE AMOUNT AND ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE SUBSTANDARD MACHINE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, BUT ADISHWARA PEOPLE HAS NOT REPLIED PROPERLY TILL TODAY.SO THE WASHING MACHINE HAS KEPT WITHOUT REPAIR AND IN AN UNUSABLE CONDITION.
