Onida lilliput washer

My Onida Lilliput Washer is not working properly from last two week then I submitted the complain in Onida Customer Care on 15/06 then after so many follow up Mr. Rajesh Pathak came at my home for repairing but they do while that person damage the timer. my problm is not solb till today.so I request u pls do some thing
