I have lodged nos of complaints for my Onida Washing Machine Hydrafal 70 Kgs. It is not working since 11.03.2011.The Complaint nos are 11030666381015, 1649 & 2698 dt 12/03, 18/03/11& 29/03.
Their Technicians visited my palce 4-5 times to repair the M/C but all in vein. In the Last visit of the Technician Sh Abhimanyu, gear box of washtub was so called replaced but it is still not working properly. I tried to contact Onida, s Delhi Head office cusomer Care incharge Sh Naresh Tomar on his given no 32449736 but failed as no body is picking up the phone.
