Hi,

don't purchase even a single item from patel agencies .. this is total fake shop . i have purchase one cooler from there, they gave me total leakage cooler when i raised request to change it then they redirected me to Kenstar company .. even they put me on hold for 4-5 days to get repaired it .. and still i am waiting for my New cooler which got 2-3 times repaired. They don't have aticates to talk with costumer.
