You are well aware that an order was booked by me for 32GB Pen Camera along with power saver as per your combo offer for Price Rs.1, 999/- Plus Rs.150/- Total Rs.2150/- on 27-04 on online with payment terms as cash on delivery. My on line order was confirmed by you through telephone call to my mobile No.9443707761 informing that the delivery will be made within 3 days from the date of booking.
As promised I received a parcel on 27-04 through M/s. GATI Courier Vide Docket No.477409238 on payment Rs.2, 150/- vide Bill book No.09, Sl. No.816, dated 27-04 with One year warranty.
On opening the parcel to my surprise it was noted that 16GB Pen Camera with defective press buttons along with power saver and charger was sent instead of 32GB Pen Camera as ordered by me and confirmed by you.
Further the same has been brought to your notice on phone No. 09716921567 on 29-04 followed by repeated SMS Complaints as requested by you.
In spite of my repeated attempts to call on phone No. 09716921567 has gone in vain since I am not getting any response from your end till now.
Under the circumstances you are requested to send the Ordered Capacity of 32GB Pen Camera in good working condition along with operating instruction manuals. Also it may be noted as per terms and condition 1-year warranty also applicable.
Please acknowledge the complaint and make necessary arrangement to dispatch the 32GB Pen Camera in good working condition along with operating instruction manuals immediately.
In due course I made a stop cheque payment for the cheque Number: 0612704, which I have given to courier boy for payment, to my bank to make stop the payment through the reference No: SP00005174.
Once I will receive a good condition piece, I will release the same
