Delayed the supply of product (Hitachi Refrigerator). Did not sign the guarantee card and put dealer's stamp.

Does not answer telephone despite repeated trying. Picked up phone only once in 50 tries and promised to call back - but never did. Salesman Deepak is dishonest and only interested in pocketing the money without giving any service. The owner Mr Raj... Gandhi apologised for the delay and promised to send a person to give a demo and rectify the fault with the door but that too turned out to be an empty promise - never fulfilled.

7 days after the sale the installation / demo visit has not materialised. Repeated phone calls/ email to Hitachi has not brought out any result. Manoj - who claims to be the service engineer of Hitachi fixed up appointment to visit twice but never turned up. When asked the reason stated - I am very busy and shall come at my convenience! So that is Hitachi customer care for you!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PANKAJ ELECTRONICS. DO NOT BUY ANY HITACHI PRODUCT. Service and customer care is poor in both.

Godrej, LG and Samsung give much better service and their products are cheaper too. I regret having bought a Hitachi product from Pankaj Electronics, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi
