Dear Staff on duty,
PLease refer the trailing chain of mails,
India today book club charged me twice for the same order, after approaching them they told me to refuse one order at doorstep and they will do the refund, i had done the same, now each n every time when I approach them- they have some or the other stupid reason/excuse..
please look into the matter..
