Sir,
I received BSNL PANTEL TABLET T-PAD IS701R on 04/06 after completing all payment formalities. I have the following complaints with Pantel Technologies:
1. I have not been sent or offered BSNL 2 G DATA CARD alongwith with the offer of purchase.
2. The TABLET is not been working since it has been delivered to me due to some technical problems. I have sent mails/contacted Pantel but of no use.
3. The Delivered product is not as same pre-booked by me on the pantel site.
4. Company's customer care deptt. is not effective. They do not provide any complaint no. or time frame to solve the problem.
