BSNL Mobile Service Sending SMS for FEVER Offer and charging me Rs.5. each time

Sir,

Every often I am receiving the following SMS from BSNL from a contact no. 556781005 and I am being charged Rs.5/-each time for the same.

" Thanks for subscribing FEVERoffer at 05/05 02.47PM for Rs. 5 valid till 10/05".

For your kind info I never asked or subscribed for this facility from my BSNL Mobile No. 9400772234.

I request you to please arrange for stop receiving this kind of unnecessry SMS from BSNL network and also arrange for BSNL to refund all those chrages of Rs. 5/- each time imposed on me.

Your kind help and co-operation is highly appreciated.
