Battery Lid is lost/broken

I have purchased one CDMA-2938 mobile from RIL web world Athwa lines Road Surat-@Rs-12500/-The battery lid was found very weak-got the same broken. Require replacement. Nobody from above ww is responding.

Contacts stored in Mobile are not copied even Using data cable also .it could not be copied by R IL

Request please send replacement of battery lid

and advise how to copy the contacts from mobile to Laptop (PC)?
