The services from philips service center, pimpri chinchwad link road, pune is very pooooooooor. I have raise a request to replace the Hair straightener before Sep and they promise me to replace it within 2 weeks. But still it's NOT done after 4 months also. Whenever i call to service center, they tell me it will be done in 1 week, but again when i call next week, they are telling me the same thing again and again. I have made around 30 to 40 calls to service center for the Hair straightener ONLY which is very small thing.
