Both the machines are not working

I purchased 2 machines from Vijay Sales, from their Prabhadevi, Mumbai outlet about 3 years ago. For the last 6 months both the machines are non functional and lying idle despite the repeated requests to Philips for rendering the service. No service help is forthcoming.
