Sir, Purchased Pigeon 4 burner gas stoves, at Kandkur Dealer, Hubli. The stoves developed many problems like very low flames, brass burner melting out at normal cooking, gas supply connection broke at its own. Consulted the dealer, who just indexed to Bisnoi Pigeon service, Hubli - the only one authorized service point. The Bisnoi was consulted. He just neglected the appeal and after argument, asked me to come after 15 days. He was again contacted but again said that spares are not available. The stove is lying, without repair for the months and hopeless service of the authorized service station, lead me to get the stove repaired in any general repairer. But the repairer said that the spares of Pigeon are only available with Bisnoi and they did not take interest in repairing the stove. Thus by purchasing a Pigeon 4 burner gas stove, I am at the looser end. The company has cheated, the customer.
