We bought the Pigeon Induction stove in Oct and within one month of not much usage (as we use LPG regularly), we noticed cracks on the base of the stove. Called the distributors (GIRIA's HRBR layout) and I don't want to mention more on their poor service.. Finally, we decided to go and give the stove to them expecting a solution. The manager there is not interested to know the issue... hands over to a sales guy..The response was that it is due to heat that the crack has happened (why do they make such products which cannot hold the heat) and warranty doesn't cover that plastic parts. The sales guy told he will talk to company person and let us know the cost for repair. We are still awaiting a call from the person there. Why is it like this?
