Harasment from ping (connect communication) Submitted by: meet
Dear Concern,
myself piyush mahajan. i was using 3 no’s of ping (connect) but i was not satisfied with the service of ping communication. then i sent request for mnp to aircel but the request rejcted.then after some days i recieved a call from videocon communication for mnp then the representative came to me and collected the docs for mnp. but i didnot get any response from him. then i personally went to connect office and again gave request for mnp. again i didnot get any response..i have made full & final payment to connect communication. but still my no’s are barred..i am not happy with the services of connect communication. so plz do the needful as early as possible…help me to change my service provider so that i can use my no’s without any problem…if i didnot get any response from TRAI then its not service provider’s fault bcoz if the regulatory is doing so then any service provider can do….
