Respected sir,

I am Dijo Antony. I writing this letter to inform you about the poor service which i got. I bought a fastrack watch model number 4049 from the shop (seiko watch house) salim complex in changanacherry. After the usage of some weeks, my watch stopped completely and i returned it to the concerned watch house on 8-6.Since then it has been 47 days and i havent got the replacement. I hope you will look in to the matter and take care about the complaint.
