Non redressal of complaint

I have regiseted complaint reg.no.9524893 and 9558681- cust id - 2645412, till today complaint not resolved. Since the first complaint lodged, no positive solution provided. False promise made by your service staff at ahmedabad. At time of lodgement of 1st complaint, we have been informed by your engineer that some part needs to be replaced and he will put order for the same and within a week that will be replaced, After following up he has informed by mistake old complaint cancelled in the system due to address not traceable and been asked to lodge a new complaint and the same has been lodged by us under no. 9558681. Your official at ahmedabad has confirmed that engineer by attend the call by very same day, but uptil now service call not addressed by anyone. My machine is in malfunction phase since last 10 days.

Corporate like you must sincerely thinks rather should take feedback from existing customers about how local office people are giving service to customers. After this experience, I seriously need to think twice before recommending your product to any one.
