Very bad working my phone

Sir,

i am purchase Nokia phone C200 but phone working very bad and hang or automatic switch off so i am go to Nokia care center so care egg tock to me your phone software issue so change it but problem still there not resolve than we are contact to service costumer care egg so very bad communication and also no resolution,

please help us regarding in this matter,

i think my 2500 thousand Rs is unless or bad investing way,

please look the matter seriously
