I am the unfortunate victim of your neglected after sales service.
My 5kg digital washing machine developed persistent leaking and violent jerking during operation and I made my complaint to IFB customer care service via telephone No:-18604255678 on 7/10 and registered the complaint as per No.9665364.
Then after a week as no one turned out to check the complaint, I followed up the matter with the customer care and they gave me the Mobile No of one suresh Kumar (9447091424) and asked me to contact him and I contacted him via phone on 12/10 and he promised me that the problem will be corrected on 15/10, but nothing happened. As Mr. Suresh Kumar failed to turn-up, I again contacted the customer care on 19/10 and they gave me the mobile Number of one Sreejith (9349302676) and asked me to contact him and when I contacted him he told me that he will take-up the matter and after a few hours, I got a phone call from a telephone (No.04713194442) telling me that staff from the technician from IFB will be visiting my house on 25/10. I told him, I am working personal and I will avail leave for the purpose and will be waiting for you on 25/10 and he promised me that he will not fail to turn-up. On 25/10 as telephone No 04713194442 continue to remain switched off, I rang up Mr. Sreejith and also Mr. Suresh Kumar to inform him that I am waiting for the technician in my house and Once again IFB technician failed to turn-up.
Now can you (IFB- big shots) please tell me what I am supposed to do to repair my washing machine.
