My washing machine was ruined. I called P C Richard & Son in Paramus whom I had bought the machine. They sent a technician who ordered the parts needed to repair the machine. I received a call that the parts had come in and scheduled an appointment to have the machine repaired. But on the day of the visit, three weeks after the tech's first visit, I learn that P C Richard & Son had failed to order all the parts! I called them, not the other way around. Then, the tech called to say that my service agreement with P C Richard & Son wouldn't cover the repairs as the machine had been damaged by flooding. Fair enough, but why didn't they tell me right off the bat? Lousy service!
