We have given 5 Air conditioners for AMC for the last 3 years (renewed every year.) This year LG had sent a new agency to collect the AMC cheque. Now when ever we call for service all the complaints are closed saying "AMC RENEWED BY OTHER AGENCY" Call closed. I do not understand why this is happening, I have not issued AMC cheques to care of foothpath company or agencies, Given it to LG, now if LG's sub agencies are fighting internally we cannot suffer for the same. The air-con have not been serviced by efficient staff and every time we fight with the Area Service Manager he send the executive who claim to have re-paried the A/C's but they never work for more than couple of hours. Now I am tired and have decided to file a case in consumer court for deficiency of service and mental agony. Sad part is there is no address even in the AMC forms where we should send the legal notice to. Does any one have LG's coporate office address?
I had called there 1800 number a few days back and teh executive clamly says that all the calls are closed.

Honestly feel cheated by there advertisements claiming 24hours guaranteed service resolution. Its been now almost 9 months and no resolution at all to the service requests...
