I have purchsed Lemon P3 mobile on 15th November through SnapDeal.com vide order No: 790316937 [Request no: 1338333]. I received the product on 22nd Nov. I found that the product was faulty. I returned the product on 22nd Nov via Bluedart [AW No: 13718781576]. They received the item. Afterwards, there is no reply for my mails. Till date, they have not responded to my mails. Whenever I call to customer Support, they says that they will update the status by Monday. When I call on Monday, they says that the update will be given on Friday. Like that, they have dragged till date. Neither I am getting the replacement for the phone nor I am getting my money refunded. Please resolve this issue.
