And new samsung noteII Dead repaired and again problem

I have purchased a brand new Samsung Note-II from a vendor at Pondicherry. On the fifth day the mobile has got dead and the phone was given at the service centre at Pondicherry. The service centre person has kept the mobile phone for 5 days saying the board has to come and after 5 days i received the mobile with a scratch on my screen guard and also the system worked very slow. Also there was a issue in the screen wherein some white lines appear at the bottom of the screen, the swipe buttons will not be properly visible and again sometimes the phone hangs. I have written four to five mails yo the CEO asking for a replacement for my mobile since it was a brand new one..I used to get calls from their team stating that we have escalated the issue to the management and will revert very shortly..Till now i have not got any positive response from the team and they keep on dragging the issue. I have even updated the information to the customer care and they said their supervisor will give me a call back in half an hour time and i was waiting for his call. I waited for an hour and again called the customer care officials and they updated that they will call me tomorrow. These people are those who dont keep up their word and try to cheat the customer in all the best possible ways..

Highly frustrated by the way Samsung deals and treats the customer. Need a resolution and kindly help me in getting a replacement for my handset
