I have purchased a Karbonn Smart Tab-2 from Snapdeal.com with Order # 715336174 amounting Rs. 6990, The product delivered to me was faulty, did not even start, after the complaint I sent it back and recieved the same damaged but working prodcut back after 1 month. The product became dead again and the snapdeal.com customer care agent told me that I do not have to send the prodcut back and they are in process to refund the full amount to me. It has been over a month, and I am still not able to get any confirmation from the company. Now I have dead Karbonn Smart Tab2 with me and no clue on refund.
