Drain system not working, water remain logged in tub or container.. even after repeated contcts and calls problem not resoved and remain unattended even after almost 1 month... no one takes responsibility in solving... citing the excuse that spare part or whatever may be that is not available wit them and telling that it has been ordered at depot.. And the fact is that the depot is only... only 35 kms from bhilai... yet the part has not come till date...
dont know when it will b solved and we will be able to use the machine again...
