I have ordered an emergency light (Eveready HL-52 LED Emergency Light) from flipcart.com on Nov 9. I have not received the product till this date (Dec 22). I have contacted their customer-care 5 times in this period and requested for cancellation. But there was no good response. There was no mail communication or status update. Every time they says they initiated the request and within 48 hours you will get a confirmation mail. But it never happened. This is really an untrustworthy to a customer. I do not know what to do exactly to get the money back and how to deal with this situation.
