India Today Book Club charged Rs. 2998 vide order no TELESALES/0GA090014199 during first week of May 09. I have been following up with India Today Book Club since about 3 months for the delivery of this order.
I have spent hours on teh phone calls nad sent numerous emails for this matter, and still thee is no solution.
Please help me resolve this issue.

Following is the summary of your services.
February – Continuous phone calls, perusing me for the purchase and assuring delivery within 2 weeks.
1st week of March – Order placed, credit card details given on phone
7th March 09 – My Credit card was charged for the order
11th March 09 – Confirmation of the order
21st – 28th March – Many phone calls to ITBC to track the delivery of my order
30th March – Dispatch delayed due to shortage of stock at ITBC
31st March – 3rd April – Multiple phone calls and emails to ITBC to ensure the delivery of my order before my brother’s birthday (5th April)
17th April – Information that order was dispatched on 23rd March
20th April – I spoke to Sushma (who kept me on hold for 15 mins and then the call dropped); then to Sandeep who requested me to wait for another 1 week for the delivery.
7th March to 20th April = More than 6 weeks.
Hence dear ITBC team, I would request you to refund my money penalty to ITBC (for all this hassle caused by ITBC to me)
Kindly refer this case to your legal department and then give your confirmation for the total refund amount. This would help me decide my next course of action on this matter.
