Dear sir,
I bought a refrigerator on 19th Dec since 24th dec it stopped working. I lodged a complaint on 25th December. They confirmed that within 48 hours engineer will attend the complaint but its more than 5 days now but no one is bothered to attend the problem. I have followed with Ankit (9773412220) & Shiv (8108369369) from Greendust store for more than 30 times but they just giving false promises.
Kindly help us either getting this complaint attended or they can take their refrigerator back and refund my amount at earliest.
