Eureka Forbes Limited
Not received proper invoice against

Dear sir,

Last month we purchased one vacuum cleaner (model name: Euro clean wet & dry) from Eureka forbes limited thorough eureka Forbes sales marketing person (salesman code:9045323). Product MRP is Rs.11, 990/-. We paid the amount (cash) in two installments and also we gave one PD cheque for Rs.4545/- dt 28/12 favor of company name. I received invoice from Chennai eureka Forbes registered office on 18/12 . In that invoice the product cost mentioned Rs.10, 990/-(including vat) its really sacking to me because am already paid Rs.11, 990/- for that product. Regarding this i contact the salesperson but he not answered properly and also i registered my complaint in customer care help line. Still i not get any answer for my queries from customer care executive or any body and my PD cheque also not back to my hand. Please take the necessary action.
