Dear Sir,
My name is Keshav Jhawar. I purchased a Nokia C6 00 phone on the 20th April. IMEI no-357901049701954. Since then, I had to submit the phone 7 times for repair to the Nokia Care Centre (Crazy Infovision, 83 Golaghata Road V.I.P. Tower Complex Kolkata-700048). The last time I submitted it was on the 5th December and the phone has been with them since then. From 5th December till date (i.e. 29th December) Nokia is just avoiding giving me a concrete answer. They say that spare parts are not available for this model. Each time I call or they call, the only answer I get is that the backend team is considering a replacement of the model but they avoid saying by which date. This has been continuing since the 10th of December. I am totally fed up and disgusted with Nokia. Out of the 8 months since I bought the phone, it has been in possession with Nokia for nearly three months. I request for an immediate replacement of the handset or refund the money. Please help.
