this was regarding order number: 3001791633
purchased an apple ipad 4 for 28072 as emi 4679 per month for 6 months through standard chartered credit card. When I received the statement I found that the entire amount was debited from my credit card. I have all the documents and proof for this. I contacted indiatimes shopping and they logged a case 598920. All they did was called me after two days and asked me to contact my bank which I already did. The bank said that the merchant (shopping. Indiatimes.Com) has not claimed the emi. When I provided that information they asked to forward the bank statement. I did the same. And one lady contacted me later and offered a callback but no response and close the case. If I do not clear the amount due on my credit card before the due date, I need to pay the interest. The is a cheating by indiatimes. I have seen other customers facing the same problem and been cheated. Please help me on this.
