I am Nadeem from secunderabad. my nokia handset Nokia c6-00 IMEI : 356994043548969 which is under warranty stopped working on 12Th November. I submitted my phone to Nokia Care Centre Satyam Electronics, 5-9-88 1St frloor AAK Complex, Abids, Hyderabad 500001. Jobsheet Number : 405465550/121112/30, NCC: 405_465550 . The expected date of delivery was 12th november but when i went to take the phone they said that they had sent the phone to Delhi for servicing. They told me to collect the phone after a week but when i went to collect the phone they said that it is not repaired and asked me to come next week and it went so on till 15th december. On 14th dec they said the phone cannot be repaired and they were giving me a phone with very low configuration (Nokia 500) when compared with my phone (nokia c6-00). They promised to give me Nokia Lumia 610 on 20th december. But when i went to take the phone on 20th dec they told me i have to wait till 28th december. again on 28th december when i went there they told to come back on 2nd January. but when i went there Manager (Manoj) told me that he cannot say exactly when i will be getting the phone. I have called them atleast 50 times and visited many times wasting my time. But i never got a satisfactory reply. Nokia Please replace my phone or refund my money.
