I purchased a heat convector on 18 - 12 -12 from singla Electrial and hardware, plot no 852, opp SBI, Kapshera, New Delhi-37 and very shockingly it burned out with in 15 days. Fan and motor inside it destroyed. we called customer care, and they said they will send some one but no one turned up on multiple calls even. I should call them frauds who are only concerned when they have to sell the product but not for complaints. I had a trust in kahitan but now it has totally been shattered and i will never advice anyone to go for it. I request you to Please take action. They are just cheating the people. what is the use of warranty card if they dnt have to listen to it. My product desription is KRH1101v, sl no -5361, number 180030708120.
Such a cheap quality could result in some fatal fire accident in our home. I request you to please take strict action.
